Cider or beer…now you don’t have to choose! People who dislike the flavour of beer have always found interesting things to add to the beer. However, another way to look at it is like a box of chocolates: chocolate by itself is loved by most, but it’s also pretty yummy to have something inside the chocolate. The main thing is that you have to be able to taste the chocolate (or beer) first, with a secondary flavour as a compliment. This is a tasty sweet beverage, but it’s a lot more like a cider than a beer. You like a really sweet cider? I do, so I’m okay with drinking this. It’s a sugary cider first, with a secondary beer flavour. If you like your cider on the tart side, or your beer to have some obvious beer flavour, you will be disappointed. I’ll bet you that this would be a good one to drink during dessert, when a regular beer is just a bit too bitter to sit next to a sweet treat.
