DSCF1841Yesterday’s beer was lacking in hops, so I’m glad to know that this one is making up for it.  This is how beer from Central Europe is supposed to taste…a little bitter in a good way, a little bit of herbs and spices.  Colour is pure amber gold: makes me want to check the colour of other beers against it.  Oops, too late, I drank it.  It’s funny that beer makers have to put “SERVE COOL!” in big letters on the side of the can.  When I visited Europe, I noticed that the fridges are smaller and it would be a real challenge to fit even six of these inside one.  Don’t worry, I figured a way.  Meanwhile, everyone else kept their beer on the kitchen counter.  Hooray for big fridges, though.  In my big fridge, the colder ones are always on the left.
